EHS Manager

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of related experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability best practices.
• Proficiency in OSHA and Workers' Compensation regulations and workplace safety best practices.
• Experience in leading culture change efforts and managing safety programs, policies, and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Decision-making that aligns with Company and Business Unit objectives, balancing risk.
• Effective collaboration with employees, management, and cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives and support the Company's mission and vision.

Essential Duties:

• Lead and mentor a team of safety professionals, fostering a safety and worker engagement culture.
• Oversee safety policies, programs, and training, including a robust safety audit and inspection program.
• Manage safety and environmental compliance programs and lead emergency response and incident management efforts.
• Represent the Environmental Health & Safety function and organizational objectives in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 Management Review Meetings.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
